In our tasting we take you on a journey through the Highlands – glass by glass.
Together we will discover different regions within the highlands: from the northern coasts to the remote valleys in the south.

Each whisky variety is tasted slowly and attentively – focusing on aroma , flavor , and finish . We discuss aromas like wet stone, dried herbs, a hint of honey, or the bitter smoke, sometimes even from peat. You'll also receive background information about the respective distillery and the climatic conditions that make each drop so unique.
