We delight in bottlings from various independent bottlers. Independent bottlers are companies that purchase casks from various distilleries and then bottle them under their own name. They are free to decide when and in what style their whisky is bottled.

The bottlings are often single cask bottlings, meaning they are only available in small quantities or are bottled at cask strength.

Here we discover very exciting and delicious whiskies off the beaten track - uncolored, unchill-filtered, often cask strength, limited editions.

Our culinary delight tasting includes:

• 6 x 2cl finest whiskies
• 1 welcome drama
• Mineral water (still and sparkling)
• Crispy baguette to refresh the palate between taste delights
• Printed information about the distilleries and the whiskies tasted (to take away)
• Moderation and entertainment and lots of FUN
