The Dennery Distillery has existed since 1931 and merged with another distillery in the 1970s and has since been known as St. Lucia Distillers.

This is a blend of various rums from the distillery's Coffey and pot stills. 90% of the blend consists of molasses rums,

10% are rums made from fresh sugar cane juice.

The majority of the wine was then aged in American white oak bourbon barrels, and a smaller portion was aged in port wine barrels.

Only the finest rums are used for this blend. They are between 7 and 12 years old.

Color Medium Gold with Bronze Shimmer

Bouquet A very complex bouquet of sweet raisins, leather, spices, tobacco and toasted wood.

Palate: Rich aromas of sultanas, crême caramel, butter, and oak delight the palate. The finish is very complex, initially with sweet raisins, later developing dry, tannic aromas from the wood. A light hint of grass and fresh sugar cane recalls the small amount of rhum agricole in this blend.
