Under the watchful eye of the Master Distiller, the spirit is first matured in American white oak Bourbon casks. This is the perfect start for our maturation journey, as it develops a harmonious note of chocolate, orange and spices. Next, the Dalmore is matured in sherry casks. These sherry casks were specially created for The Dalmore, using a blend of classic and aged Oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximenez.The result is a breathtaking and elegant Dalmore single malt that bursts with sweet fruit and decadent spice.
Aroma: Caramelized oranges, ginger, raisins and honey. Taste: Dark chocolate, grated almonds and sweet cinnamon. Finish: Sweet mango, creamy panna cotta and lemon cake.
