LAW stands for an elegant dry gin of premium quality. Its clear, balanced aroma is thoroughly inspired by the Mediterranean nature of Ibiza. Its recipe combines the spicy notes of a traditional gin with selected botanicals. The finest hand-picked juniper, green cardamom, coriander seeds, orris root and Spanish cucumber combine harmoniously with those botanicals that not only surprise as gin aromas, but are also known as typical products of this island. For LAW Gin, we mainly use local, first-class products, as well as the island's own pure spring water.
