In the heart of Dublin, the Teeling Whiskey Company revives the tradition of small-batch whiskey with innovative methods. For this edition, the distillers worked closely with Galway Bay Brewery, whose "200 Fathoms Imperial Stout" previously rested in the casks. After the beer was emptied, the whiskey matured in these special containers for over six months, giving the classic mash bill of malted barley and grain a completely new dimension.
